Like depression,anxiety disorder effect a person`s moods.Most people feel anxious at times.For example,you may feel anxious is likely to go away.your anxiety was a natural reaction to a situation,your anxiety was a natural reaction to a situation you thought might be difficult.Anxiety disorders are different.They are based on vague or imagined fears rather than on realistic fears. Some people are very afraid of objects or situations they know not are really dangerous.These fears are called phobias. A common phobia is claustrophobia,the fear of small,enclosed spaces.When someone suffers from a phobia,she or he tries to avoid the object or situation to all coats.Other people`s anxieties result in obsessive and compulsive behavior. They persist in acting in certain ways,even through they know their action are absorbed. Other people suffer from another type of anxiety disorder called panic attacks.
